About Me

Hey all,

I am Michelle, i am a 30 year old mother of 4 and married to Martin. I was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1974.

I have lived in many places around the world, Ireland, Germany, Brunei to name a few, but am now happily back home in good old Scotland.

I have lived with a largely unknown condition called Trichotillomania (compulsive hair-pulling), or trich for short, since i was 16. It has not been an easy ride but i now have the condition under control rather than it controling me. It can still be a struggle to keep things under my control and i hope this journal gives you an insight into my life as a mother and sufferer of Trichotillomania.
